Customer can return an item at him own expense within fourteen (14) calendar days, starting from
days of receipt of goods purchased on the website.
Customer must fill the RETURN FORM inside the box and send an email to endiadiceramic.com just to inform us.
Customers can send back the item using our box. You will find the shipping address in the box delivery.

PLEASE NOTE:
- The returned Products must not have been used, washed or damaged;
- The returned Products must be returned in their original packaging;
- The returned Products must be returned within fourteen (14) working days from the date you received the products;
- Include a copy of the receipt in the box.
-Every extra customs charge from return outside EU will be applied to customers and deduct from any refund.
The three Types of Return are:

Damaged product:
If the product arrives damaged send an email to info@endiadiceramic.com with the object” damaged product” with the pictures attached.
Organize the return with Endiadiceramic.com.

Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by endiadiceramic.com
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
endiadiceramic.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the product will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, endiadiceramic.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
